What we carry out.
The complete electrical package, in homes as much as in commercial buildings. Larger jobs we keep within 50 km of Vilvoorde, because they run for weeks and we need to be able to come back easily.
- Distribution boards. A new board or an upgrade of an existing one, with residual current protection to the current Belgian AREI/RGIE rules.
- Complete new-build installation. From the shell stage onwards, in consultation with the client and the architect.
- Renovation in an occupied home. In phases, with as little breaking work and as few power cuts as possible.
- Lighting. Indoors and outdoors, including control and dimming where it makes sense.
- Extra circuits. More sockets, a circuit for an oven, a heat pump or a charging point.
- Data lines. UTP pulled during the works, far cheaper than afterwards.
- Faults and repairs. Tracing a fault in an existing installation and fixing it.
- Inspection and documentation. Single-line diagram, site plan and the appointment with an accredited inspector.
From site visit to inspected installation.
We record the existing board, look at where the conduits can run and go through what you want to achieve. You hear straight away what is technically feasible.
Materials, labour and inspection in one quote, with the working dates. For a renovation it also states how many days you will be without power.
The owner carries out and follows up the work himself. One point of contact from start to finish, no rotating subcontractors on your site.
An accredited inspector comes round. You receive the report, the single-line diagram and the site plan digitally.
Frequently asked questions about electrical work
Yes. An extra circuit, a light point or a board that is no longer compliant counts just as much as a full installation. You get a price up front, for small jobs too.
Yes, that is the most common request in renovation. We then work zone by zone and make sure the kitchen, refrigeration and heating are without power for as short a time as possible. The planning states in advance which days those are.
We produce the single-line diagram and the site plan, arrange the appointment with an accredited inspector and follow up any remarks ourselves. You receive the complete file digitally.

Two years on the work we carry out, and the manufacturer’s warranty on the materials. If something goes wrong on an installation of ours, we come and put it right.
