What data we process
Enquiry form
When you send an enquiry through the site, we receive your name, phone number, email address, municipality and the description of your project. We use that only to handle your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Phone and email
If you call or write to us, we keep what is needed to follow up your file.
Visit statistics
We measure anonymously which pages are viewed, in order to improve the site. This measurement only starts after you consent through the cookie banner.
Necessary cookies
The site places technical cookies that are essential for it to work and to remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes. We share it only where it is needed to carry out the work: with an accredited inspection body for the handover, with your grid operator to register a solar installation, and with our hosting provider and accountant within the scope of their work.
Retention periods
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: 2 years.
- Project files and inspection documents: 10 years, because of ten-year liability under Belgian law.
- Accounting records: 7 years, as required by law.
- Visit statistics: 14 months.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object to it or ask for it to be transferred. Write to info@electrifusion.be and we will reply within thirty days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the owner. We do not store payment data on this site.
What we do not do
We do not send commercial newsletters, we do not build advertising profiles and we do not share your data with advertising networks.
