Charging points installed without upgrading your connection
From a single charging point at a house to a row of chargers on a business site, with load balancing so that your existing connection is enough in most cases. Installation and inspection, no management contracts and no subscriptions.
What we install.
The charger itself is rarely the hard part. The cable route, the protection in the board and the distribution across several points determine the price and the feasibility.
Home
A 7.4 or 11 kW charging point on the facade or in the garage, with a separate circuit and residual current protection. Where there is solar, charging on surplus.
Business and SME
Several charging points for company cars and visitors, with dynamic load balancing across the available capacity and user identification per vehicle.
Apartments and property managers
Preparing the shared car park and individual charging points with separate metering per resident.
- AC charging points. 7.4 kW single-phase, 11 or 22 kW three-phase, with a tethered cable or a socket.
- DC fast charging. For sites where vehicles stop briefly and have to leave quickly.
- Load balancing. Static or dynamic, so the sum of the charging points never exceeds your main fuse.
- Charging on solar surplus. Through the energy management system, with a minimum rate if the car has to leave tomorrow.
- Cable route. Digging, ducts and reinstatement of the surface where needed.
- Protection and inspection. To the Belgian AREI/RGIE rules, with an inspection report at handover.
- Metering and reimbursement. Separate metering for anyone charging a company car at home.
- No subscription. We install. If you choose a charging platform, it connects to our installation.

From enquiry to inspected charging point.
We check your connection, main fuse and existing consumption. From that we know how much charging power is still available and whether load balancing is needed.
We measure the cable route and put digging, cable, protection, charger and inspection into a fixed price.
For a single house typically in a day. With several charging points we plan in phases so the car park stays usable.
Inspection by an accredited body, and an explanation of charging, load balancing and where to find the consumption figures.
Frequently asked questions about EV charging
In most cases no. With dynamic load balancing the installation measures what the building is using at that moment and charges the car with what is left. Upgrading is expensive and takes a long time, so for us it is the last resort.
Yes, with a control system that measures the injection and matches the charging power to it. You can set the car to charge only on surplus, or to reach a minimum by a certain hour regardless.
The charger is usually the smallest part. The price is set by the distance to the board, whether digging is needed and what protection is required. That is why we only quote after a site visit, and then it is a fixed price.
No. We install and have it inspected. If you want to track charging sessions or be reimbursed by your employer, you choose a charging platform yourself and we connect our installation to it.
Yes. Charging points, solar panels, battery storage and energy management we install throughout Belgium. For electrical work, home automation and data networks we stay within 50 km of Vilvoorde.
One charging point at home or a row on the car park?
Tell us how many cars need to charge and how far away the board is. That is enough for a first estimate.
