An energy management system measures what comes in and what is used, and decides every minute where the power goes. This is the part that finally makes the rest of your installation pay off.
What a control system actually does.
Without a control system every appliance follows its own logic. The water heater fires when the water is cold, the car charges the moment it is plugged in, and the battery has no idea a peak is coming. An EMS imposes an order on that.
- Metering per circuit. You see where the consumption sits instead of guessing. That is the first surprise every time.
- Capacity tariff. The control watches your monthly peak and shifts loads when that peak is approaching.
- Dynamic tariff. Charging and heating when power is cheap, postponing when it is expensive.
- Priority on solar surplus. The house first, then the water heater or heat pump, then the battery, then the car.
- Smart charging. The charging point gets what is left over, with a minimum rate if you need the car tomorrow.
- Reporting. Monthly overview of self-consumption, offtake, injection and peak.
- Link with home automation. Where there is Loxone or KNX, we use that as the control instead of adding a second system.
- Expandable. Whatever you add later hangs off the same control.

No. We control existing inverters, batteries, heat pumps and charging points wherever they have an open interface. During the site visit we check what your equipment allows.
There is overlap. Home automation is about comfort and control, energy management is about where the power goes. If Loxone or KNX is already installed, we build the energy management into it and avoid a second system.
That depends on your profile. In a home the gain is in higher self-consumption, in a business usually in a lower monthly peak. We calculate it on your own metering data and say so when it is not worth it.
You do. We install and configure it, and after handover it is in your name and on your network. We take on no management contracts and no subscriptions. For a change you can always call us.
